Ai Tearoa is operated by AI Tearoa Ltd (Christchurch, NZ). We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).

What we collect

Account data (name, email), tenant data (parties, deals, documents you upload), audit data (every action you take, signed and hash-chained), and operational data (request id, IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Where data lives

Sydney region, on AWS infrastructure via Fly.io + Supabase. We do not send tenant data offshore beyond Sydney except where you explicitly enable a third-party integration.

Your rights

Request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to AML/CFT retention obligations) by emailing privacy@aitearoa.co.nz.
